Aromatherapy ~ Essential Oils

Workshop Length; Day
Aromatherapy is more
than bath oils, and massages. In this
workshop you will learn about essential
oils and the effects that they have on
the body & mind, and the body’s systems
that are affected. What are ‘good’ oils
and what do you need to avoid or be
aware of when you are using oils. You
will learn about 10 essential oils that
you should have in your home, and as a
bonus the ‘Five’ oils to have in your
First aid kit. You will have an
opportunity to purchase kits for the
home and get some simple recipes to make
bath oils, compresses, sprays and more.
You will be making some bath salts to
take home with you.

 Reiki
is a simple, natural and safe method of
spiritual healing and self-improvement
that everyone can use; which allows you
to absorb life force energy balancing
your energies within your body. It has
been effective in helping virtually
every known illness and malady and
always creates a beneficial effect. This
natural healing flows through the hands
of the Reiki practitioner directing the
healing energy into the body of the
receiver. It also works in conjunction
with all other medical or therapeutic
techniques to relieve side effects and
promote recovery.
A typical class will include lectures,
discussions, relating of experiences,
and attunements. In this class there
will be a review of the level one class.
Students can also expect to learn the
secret symbols of the Reiki healing.

classes you will be invited to
special classes for the sabbats and
workshops to learn about spell
casing and other FUN information.

first three, you will have enough
information to create and maintain
your own special Book of shadows...
